Bastos<\/h3>\n<p>A Igreja Evang\u00e9lica Assembleia de Deus \u00e9 uma denomina\u00e7\u00e3o crist\u00e3 protestante pentecostal no Brasil, fundada em 1911 na cidade de Bel\u00e9m do Par\u00e1 pelos sueco-americanos Gunnar Vingren e Daniel Berg.<\/p>\n<p>A igreja Evang\u00e9lica Assembleia de Deus na cidade de Bastos \u00e9 uma das igrejas fundada pelo Pr Teodoro Towkan Tokanilk, que tem como sede a Assembl\u00e9ia de Deus de Tup\u00e3-SP.<\/p>\n<h4>Hist\u00f3ria da Assembleia de Deus campo de Tup\u00e3<\/h4>\n<p>Em 1942, Pastor Teodoro Towkam Towkaniuk (in memorian), veio para o pequeno Distrito de Varpa (Tup\u00e3-SP), onde j\u00e1 existia uma Igreja Pentecostal Leta e tr\u00eas outras Igrejas Evang\u00e9licas Russas.<\/p>\n<p>Em 1943, foi empossado como Pastor da Igreja Assembleia de Deus no pequeno distrito de Varpa (Tup\u00e3-SP), que na \u00e9poca era uma congrega\u00e7\u00e3o de S\u00e3o Paulo-SP. Na oportunidade o Pr. Bruno Scolimoski, da Capital (in memorian), deu posse ao Pr. Teodoro.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s um m\u00eas o Pr. Teodoro recebeu a visita do saudoso Pastor Alfredo Rudizt de Mar\u00edlia-SP (in memorian), que o incentivou a abrir uma congrega\u00e7\u00e3o em Tup\u00e3.<\/p>\n<p>Em 1943 isso aconteceu. Foi uma \u00e9poca muito dif\u00edcil, pois em Tup\u00e3 existia apenas um jovem que era crente, e n\u00e3o tinha resid\u00eancia fixa. N\u00e3o havia onde come\u00e7ar a Igreja ou um ponto de prega\u00e7\u00e3o. Alguns dias depois o Pr. Teodoro, em retorno a Tup\u00e3, encontrou uma irm\u00e3, senhora vi\u00fava; sendo tamb\u00e9m imposs\u00edvel de come\u00e7ar o trabalho, pois n\u00e3o tinha um lugar apropriado. Come\u00e7ou-se ent\u00e3o a procura de sal\u00e3o para aluguel, mas n\u00e3o encontravam. Enfim, o Pr. Teodoro com a ajuda da Igreja de Varpa, resolveu construir um sal\u00e3o pequeno, atingindo uma \u00e1rea de 6 x 11 metros.<\/p>\n<p>Em 16 de Outubro de 1944, foi inaugurado o referido sal\u00e3o, sendo o primeiro templo da Igreja Assembleia de Deus em Tup\u00e3, com aproximadamente 70 metros quadrados de \u00e1rea constru\u00edda.<\/p>\n<p>Esteve presente na Inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o do Templo, uma Banda da Assembleia de Deus da cidade de Ibipor\u00e3-PR, quando muitas pessoas atra\u00eddas pelo som dos instrumentos, prestigiaram o evento. Na \u00e9poca, diversos pastores comentaram: \u201cNunca vimos construir um templo sem haver crente, mas se a vontade de Deus foi esta&#8230;\u201d.<\/p>\n<h5>Campo de Tup\u00e3<\/h5>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m, foi fundada a Igreja Assembl\u00e9ia de Deus nas cidades vizinhas de Arco Iris, Bastos, Bra\u00fana, Coroados, Hercul\u00e2ndia, Iacri, Juliania, Luiziania, Macucos, Parnaso, Queiroz, Rin\u00f3polis, Universo e Varpa.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Casa Emanuel<\/h5>\n<p>Em setembro de 1.959, foi registrada como pessoa jur\u00eddica a maior obra realizada pelo Pastor Teodoro, uma casa de assist\u00eancia para pessoas carentes e idosos. No ano de 1961, foi ampliada as instala\u00e7\u00f5es da ent\u00e3o \u201cCasa Emanuel\u201d. Com o aux\u00edlio dos irm\u00e3os da Igreja e de irm\u00e3os ucranianos residentes no Canad\u00e1 e EUA. Em 15 de agosto de 1965, Casa Emanuel foi ent\u00e3o consagrada a ser asilo para idosos carentes, e tamb\u00e9m a \u201cCh\u00e1cara Emanuel\u201d, no Bairro Pitangueiras.<\/p>\n<h5>Escola Teol\u00f3gica Emanuel<\/h5>\n<p>Na \u00e1rea da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura, foi criada a \u201cEscola Teol\u00f3gica Emanuel\u201d, que foi inaugurada no ano de 1.994, com suas atividades bastante concorridas, com funcionamento \u00e0s sextas-feiras, no per\u00edodo noturno e aos s\u00e1bados, no per\u00edodo da tarde, onde o alunado \u00e9 das mais variadas Igrejas Evang\u00e9licas e n\u00e3o Evang\u00e9licas, tanto de nossa cidade e das regi\u00f5es circunvizinhas que tem procurado alimentar-se com o conhecimento das Sagradas Escrituras.<\/p>\n<h5>Jubila\u00e7\u00e3o do Pr. Teodoro Towkan Tokanilk<\/h5>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s 49 anos pastoreando a Igreja Assembleia de Deus com Sede na cidade de Tup\u00e3, o Pr. Teodoro, no ano de 1993, mais precisamente no m\u00eas de fevereiro, entregou a dire\u00e7\u00e3o deste trabalho, ao jubilar-se, ao seu Vice-Presidente, Pr. G\u00eddio Giunco, que ficou at\u00e9 dezembro de 2009, quando jubilou. Assumindo a presid\u00eancia o Pr. Josu\u00e9 Giunco em janeiro de 2010, que \u00e9 o atual Presidente desta Entidade Crist\u00e3 Protestante Pentecostal.<\/p>\n<h5>Assembl\u00e9ia de Deus Campo de Tup\u00e3-SP<\/h5>\n<p>A Igreja Assembl\u00e9ia de Deus Sede est\u00e1 localizada na Rua Chavantes, n \u00ba762, Centro, Tup\u00e3-SP.
